Selected Quotes from Deluce's presentation at the Toronto Society of Architects

Ken Greenberg and Robert Deluce showed presentations at the monthly Toronto Society of Architects meeting. Here are some "interesting" quotes from Deluce, who didn't seem entirely happy to be there:

A benefit of the expansion is that it will draw (even more) traffic from millions of passengers off the 427 and QEW Gardiner through the Bathurst Quay Neighbourhood thereby reducing regional congestion.

He has seen some “exciting plans” by developers for mixed-use development on Bathurst Quay that would provide solutions to the travel bottlenecks on Bathurst Street. (Why has no one else seen these plans?)

If the aircraft itself doesn't meet that strict noise limitation, we're going to tell Bombardier where to take or shove their airplanes.
